My name is Sherri Gaines.  My partner's name is William and we are luxury real estate solutions specialists.  What that means to you is that we specialize in providing solutions for homeowners of properties in foreclosure and discounts for buyers wishing to buy these quality properties.  While our primary markets are luxury homes in Charlotte, NC, Washington, DC metro area, and Rochester, NY, we also buy and sell properties of lower value, and in other parts of the country, when we have determined it would be an attractive acquisition for investors or buyers.

The key to our process is to compel the lender(s) and lien holders to work with us rather than take the property into foreclosure. This is accomplished by a structured process that includes the following steps and the expertise of our legal support team and full-time mitigators.

  • Our legal counsel sends all documents to the seller and works with the seller, and…
  • After execution, we conduct a detailed home inspection for a complete property analysis, and…
  • When our property analysis is completed, we send a comprehensive offer package to the various lien holders.  Each offer is tailored to satisfy the lenders’/lien holders’ guidelines and process, and...
  • We follow up with all lien holder(s), and…
  • Handle final negotiations, and…
  • Purchase the property, and…
  • Conduct the closing.
